Blog Intro

Welcome to Haileyism Daily!  I know, I know...I'm probably biased, and it may seem kind of presumptuous to create a blog about the stuff my three-year-old says, but I have to say (and this has actually been affirmed by several of my friends and family members)...I think I have one of the funniest kids on the planet!  Seriously, I do.  She blows me away every single day with her wit, intelligence, independence, and innovation. 

It seems that the older she gets, the more she says that makes me laugh...and I want to make sure to record those memories, so I can continue to laugh even when she one day replaces infinite kisses with scowls and eye rolls.

Hence...this blog!

On a different note, as and educator, I have come to TRULY believe that ALL children are uniquely gifted, and it is up to the adults in their lives to help them identify those talents and modalities of intelligence.

I hope this blog will inspire you and help you see that children's innate desires to improve and progress are just as strong (or maybe even stronger) as an adult's, and they WILL rise to our expectations if we set the bar high and support their learning.
